The delivery of the finished product shall be 3-4 Weeks for a standard peptide below 30 amino acids. This time may vary depending on peptide modification, purification and complexity of the peptide. 

If you work in tissue culture; ligand for purification of affinity; experiments to block non-quantitative antibodies; 80% or higher is required.
If you are interested in bioassays; electrophoresis markers; monoclonal anticorps; in vivo studies; 90 % or more is required.
In case you are involved in ELISA; RIA; enzyme substratum; 95 % or more is required.
If you work in NMR; chromatographic standards; 98 % is required.

Use gloves during work to prevent contamination.
As most peptides are light-sensitive, protect it from sunlight.
Prevent repeated cycles of freezing-thaw.

Peptides are shipped as lyophilized powders,unless otherwise specified.

Lyophilised peptides are stable at room temperature for weeks to months,  provided that it is stored away from heat, light and moisture and maintained at -20 °C.
Do not store peptides in solution for more than few days.
Peptide solutions must be frozen and stored frozen for maximum stability.
Avoid repeated Freeze-thaw cycling, to prevent peptide degradation. 

Peptides are synthesized from the C-terminal to the N-terminal.
