Proteins are large molecule which contains 1000 of amino acids, from which small range of peptide is restricted, which mimics or exhibits or demonstrates the protein activity.

2 . Peptide modification

Like Cyclic and Cross links Peptide we do all type of modification in peptide.

Length of the peptide from 20aa to 200aa.

3. Study the Peptide Activity

Interaction Study

Through interaction study of lead protein with target protein, amino acid responsible for activity can be found, by which peptide can be constrained.

4. Restriction

Interaction of Restricted peptide with target protein


5. Investigation

Finalizing The Short Peptide (Or) Macro Peptide (Or) Lead Peptide

Cross checking the activity of lead peptide with parental protein to ensure that the lead peptide mimics/impersonates the parental protein.

6. Validation
