Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and articulate Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth and bring new business to our Peptide Informatics and Peptide Synthesis divisions. As a fresher entry-level professional, you will be responsible for building relationships with research institutions, universities, and biotechnology companies to secure projects and generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Acquisition: Connect with pharmaceutical companies, biotech hubs, universities, and research institutions to drive revenue and bring business for our peptide synthesis and informatics capabilities.
• Lead Generation & Networking: Build relationships with principal investigators (PIs), scientists, procurement heads, and research scholars to generate high-quality commercial opportunities.
• Workshops & Seminars: Plan, organize, and conduct interactive workshops, technical seminars, and networking meetups tailored for the scientific community to showcase our services and acquire new clients.
• Quotation Management: Understand customer research requirements and collaborate with the technical team to prepare and submit accurate commercial quotes and proposals.
• Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, mapping out active research labs and competitors using peptides in their workflows to expand our market share.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related technical field.
• Communication: Exceptional command of spoken and written English with the ability to confidently present technical concepts to senior scientists.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and a strong drive to meet business and sales targets.
