Quotation Process

Quotation Request

Both online and email orders are accepted.

Evaluation

The peptide informatics and chemist team will evaluate the sequence and work with the customer to implement any recommendations.

Provide a Quotation

The customer will receive a general quote, and the formal quote with GST will be sent once the customer has given approval.

Acceptance by Customers, Payment and Start of Production

Once the customer approved the order and paid, we will start the synthesis to complete the work within the time period specified. The payment must only be made via wire transfer to the business account.

Products Delivery

We use Blue Dart, Professional Courier, or Speed Post for domestic shipments. We use FedEx for overseas shipments.
